An 18-year-old man rape d a child at Dhirapur VDC-9 in the district, police said. Inarjit Mukhiya told the police during interrogation that he lured the girl to a farmland and rape d her. The child, who was severely injured, is said to be from Madhubani in India. She cannot speak clearly. Police said the child’s parents have not come in contact so far.
